If you book training, additional information is collected as part of enrolment, including:

  • Date of birth, for age-restricted certifications

  • Medical questionnaire responses required by the training agency
  • Certification history and logged dive records
  • Parent or guardian details, where the student is a minor

When you visit this site, the following is recorded automatically:

  • Pages viewed, time on page, and the link or search that brought you here

This website is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them online. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this site, contact the address in Section 15, and it will be deleted.

10. How long information is kept

  • Inquiries that do not become bookings: kept for a reasonable period, then deleted
  • Student records, medical forms, and certification records: kept as long as required by the training agency, by insurance, and by Florida law, since they may be needed to evidence that training was conducted to standard
  • Website analytics: retained according to the provider's default settings


11. Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect the information held, including limiting who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee can be given.

12. Your choices

You may:

  • Ask what information is held about you
  • Ask for corrections
  • Ask for deletion, subject to the record-keeping obligations in Section 10

13. Do Not Track
